The stay was pleasant, the staff were friendly and helpful. They also offer a shuttle to the central park and you can reserve transportation with the hotel back to the airport. It’s also walking distance to a couple of amazing restaurants.

Probably the prettiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Felt like I was in the movie Encanto. Absolutely gorgeous inside, outside, and on my balcony!

We stayed on the second floor. The doors aren’t fully sealed so the humidity and the A/C make the room soggy and dripping condensation on the walls and floors. We arrived on a weekday and check in is at 3 but lunch ends at 3 so my kids were hungry. All that was available were cold soggy burgers and fries at the snack bar. Dinner reservations were good, and food was good in my opinion. My children aren’t typically picky eaters, we travel around the world. And they eat everything, they cried and asked to leave and get fast food, because buffet breakfast was not good. For the price we paid I expected better quality food and service for all 3 meals not only dinner. Hotel rooms are no better than a soggy motel 6, pools are okay. We aren’t fancy people but this was definitely not anywhere I would recommend anyone stay.
